“We humans” live in a world of diversity. We experience all different types of feelings. It’s a gift from Our Creator.
When we feel deep sorrow after a loss it usually means we have felt great joy in presence too.
We are here to experience the full spectrum of feelings.
Because we are human.
We ebb and flow between the extremes. I welcome the deep sorrow because it means I was able to experience the great joy too.
