Why do people DO what they DO?
Here’s how ‘we humans’ work:
a THOUGHT 🤔
creates a
FEELING ❤
which prompts an
ACTION (to DO something) 👣
Why do people DO what they DO?
It’s because of what they THINK about something or someone.
It’s just how our human brain and body work together,
based on the information we ‘feed’ it.
A person’s thought information is the root cause of their actions.
Why did the young man in Texas DO what he did?
Because of the information that was fed to his brain=which lead to what he THOUGHT about others->
his THOUGHT 🤔 ? (inside) could have been "I hate what's happening at this school"
created his
FEELING ❤ ? (inside) could have been "anger/hatred"
which prompted his
ACTION (to DO something) 👣 seen on the outside🔫
How can we prevent this from happening again?
Go beneath the surface because permanent change happens from the inside-> out.
(T (inside) -> F (inside) -> A (outside))
Change is a process.
*We can start to NOTICE what we are thinking about others and why (which is the information that was fed to the brain)

*DECIDE if that is really the best for our world right now (open the mind).
-then-
*Start to CONSIDER new ways of thinking (feed the brain new information) that will lead to more peace in our homes, schools, communities and our world.🌎
a NEW THOUGHT 🤔 “We are all different human beings”
creates a
NEW FEELING ❤ acceptance
which prompts a
NEW ACTION (to DO something differently)👣 interact within diversity
It’s just how ‘we humans’ work.
This change may not be easy because thought information in the brain can become very solid information we call truth. That’s why it’s best to step back and ask the brain questions to open the mind: “Would it be worth the effort to create new ways of thinking to bring more peace to my relationships and our world?”
We each get to DECIDE.
Because “we humans” have been given the power of choice about what to think.
We are the most powerful beings on the planet! 🌍
The CHALLENGE:
*Start to NOTICE what you are THINKing about others and why (which is information that was fed to your brain) and pay attention to how that effects your feeling and actions.
Are you curious and drawn closer to understand another -or- judgmental pushing them away, out of reach to gain an understanding of them? Notice.
-then-
DECIDE if that is really the best for you and our world right now (open your mind).
Ask your brain: “Would it be worth the effort to create new ways of thinking to bring more peace to my relationships and our world?”
-then-
*If yes, start to CONSIDER new ways of thinking (feed the brain new information) that will lead to more peace in your relationships and our world.🌎
*If no, your relationships and our world will stay the same.
You have been given the power of choice about what to think.
You are the most powerful being on the planet#BURH 🌏
You can change our world, 1 new thought at a time.
I pray that 1 day we will create peace within our diversity on our Earth.
Let’s do this together, because we are humans living on this Earth together and have been given the power of choice to change it!
